As a retailer, you have both global supply and demand channels and conduct business in many geographic areas of the world including many high risk, but low cost geographies. So as your global supply chain eco-systems have grown, so have vulnerabilities. A failure in your supply chain can have costly and long-lasting effects on your brand and profits.
